Our mission.
Our Services
Hospice Services
Hospice is centered around the patient’s plan of care which is developed by an interdisciplinary team of professionals and input is provided directly by the patient and/or family and caregivers.
Palliative Care
Palliative care provides pain and symptom relief in the home and can begin at any stage of a serious illness for any age of patient. Palliative care can be used with or without curative and life-prolonging treatments.
Grief and Loss
Grief is a natural and normal response to the loss of someone or something we care about. Bereavement services are available in order to provide support and help individuals understand the grief process.
Volunteer
Volunteers give their time and talents to help in a variety of duties. Whether sitting with a patient so a family member can go to the store, sorting merchandise at Treasures Thrift Store or checking in with a loved one through a phone call each task is equality important.
Camp Evergreen and
Camp Sapling
Camp Evergreen and Camp Sapling are youth grief camp which strives to provide a safe, healthy, supportive and accepting atmosphere for youth to share experiences and feelings associated with the death of a loved one.
