Klamath Hospice's Bereavement Care Program strives to help individuals and families understand the grief process and provide support that encourages a healthy adjustment to loss.
GRIEF SUPPORT GROUPS
Ongoing groups which provide avenues for learning and coping with the loss of a loved one. The grief workshop is designed to help understand grief and that what is being felt is normal. All groups are open to the entire community. Please call for times as they change throughout the year.
Widows & Widowers Social Group
A safe, casual setting for people to meet for coffee on Saturday morning and chat. This is open to the community and meets at Klamath Hospice from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

A youth bereavement camp held in the summer, Camp Evergreen provides open communication about death and dying, a chance for youth to grieve with understanding and acceptance, to laugh, be silly and remember that life must go on. Camp counselors are experienced and sensitive to the issues of grief. Campers have the opportunity to participate in regular camping activities such as swimming, hay rides, campfires, etc. as well as specialized activities geared toward the grieving process.
